I checked reddit for some context and found this comment:

I took the bullet for you on this one and checked, it's real. The mother tries to shoot and kill one of the kids and the bullet causes the rock to crush her

Edit : she's not celebrating the death she's celebrating solving the mystery which is still embarrassing writing but not quite as demented lol
