This won't stand. It directly contradicts equality law. Religion and gay rights are on equal footing in the law, one can't be given dominance over the other.

The process is the punishment. If you can dissuade street preachers (you can't btw) from spouting the bible at fags because they will be hassled, you win

Luckily Christians have a network of resources set up to fight such cases because there are so many now.
