Well you see, when a mommy Jew and a daddy Jew hold up a chair above their head and dance around, a baby Jew is sent from heaven and sits on the chair.

Baby Jews are hard to tell apart from the adults because they come fully bearded, which is why it's vitally important to give out the yamulkas to the boy babies and toss them in wicker baskets before the Pharo notices.
