He did not have any documents he was not allowed to have.

He absolutely had documents he was not supposed to have.

The presidential records are the property of the people. A former president cannot take them to their club.

But we're well beyond that. It turns out some of the documents are secret, top secret and SCI documents. Some of those, no one is allowed to have, except to transfer between SCI facilities.

Having them is not just a misdemeanor. The case history is taking one document off base and leaving it in the drawer of a friend gets you busted down to airman, basic, a dishonourable discharge, and a few months in prison.

Trump had literally hundreds.

He did not. The media is lying to you. All former presidents have secret documents that they took. It is thier right. They can declassify anything they want and take it.
