Most child molesters are parents whom molest thier own kids. Next is professions that give them access to kids: teachers, pediatricians, amusement park workers, etc. Associating molestation with Christians is propaganda. They are now trying to smear the Amish the same way.

I think you are right about this, and pedos are attracted to jobs where they have positions of authority over children. I think that is why religious organizations like churches and Boy Scouts see this problem as well, not necessarily because they are religious.

Then the government protects them and inserts them into positions of power, like Dennis Hastert.

There were numerous scandals at the school Trudeau was teaching at too until he left.

Also, the military is full of pedos. Numerous scandals from the DynCorp pedo rings to Max Spiers' investigation on a massive US Army pedo ring in Poland to the Jeffrey MacDonald scandal of Satanic cults in the military. The US military is a far bigger perpetrator than "parents", but most of it doesn't get documented or included in the stats.

I don't think they even have a number for the massive CIA-run DynCorp human trafficking schemes funded by US taxpayer dollars.

Priests don't really have that much access to kids. Far less than other professions.

Molestations run in certain local churches. They try to change the church names every 10 years or so to throw people off but they figure it out really fast anyway.
