Hopefully you've noticed that men and women are biologically different down there. Removing part or all of the clitoral organs - which has happened in a number of African countries - is torture, as there are also thousands of nerves in that area, and this is done to girls who experience excruciating pain, excessive bleeding, sometimes suffer from serious infection, and sometimes have trouble urinating, all at great cost to their families for the procedure, after which they feel much less in that area. It's serious trauma. This is not true of foreskin.
