My understanding is that when they treat homosexuality, they use testosterone blockers.
I can't imagine that increasing testosterone would decrease erotomania.

That's because you treat fetishes with blockers. That actual does work for trans males, they stop wanting to cross dress when they lose their libido.
It doesn't work for gays because it's not a fetish, parts of their brains are similar to the opposite sex.
The thing is testosterone will only change the brain at particular points in development, otherwise it will just make him built so he'll be more attractive to other gay men.
