Sure, I could. Men and women are unequal both in society and in the relationships. This is a function of nature.
Laws that treat men and women as if we were equals when we are unequals are not really giving "equal treatment".
An example of a law that is "equal" could be that after a divorce the man and the woman splits the wealth 50:50. This law treats men and women equally so how is that unfair?
Men and women don't go into relationships as equals. Women usually date richer men and men with higher social status than them. A divorce law as mentioned above would hence be extremely beneficial to women as a group and very harmful to men as a group - despite seemingly treating men and women "equally".
