Does this expand to groups of people?
Such as, "we should kill all X", "X should just fuck off and die", "a good X is a dead X", etc?

No, it should not. Because then any censor could catagorize groups willy nilly for his own censorship agenda.

The first one is inciting violence.

The 2nd isn't threatening someone with violence. It's a saying but is very low on the pyramid of debate.

The last is inciting violence.

These are my opinions though.
