Since I have been setting up a firewall to block unwanted internet traffic, I recently noticed that every time I open Mozilla's Firefox, the browser immediately connects to googleusercontent.com. And that is at a blank page before selecting any website to visit. Obviously Google has a strong influence over Mozilla.

As long as my every webpage is sent to Google, Mozilla, or other partners to ensure they are not malicious websites, and my every search term is sent, along with results, to ensure malicious addons aren't hijacking my results, my every move using the app is collected as telemetry points to send to Mozilla, they push me to use their DNS, and I have no way of disabling the majority of this stuff without significant low-level manipulation.

The centralized security scam: You must trust us with your every bit of information or you will not be safe....but how does that protect my data from you?
