Did not bother reading. Because if this were possible, it would equate to free energy, as that you would be able to draw energy out of thin air, even outside during the winter.

Correct, but one that is hooked up to a generator as I assume was described.

It's not free energy, you already paid for it, to power your fridge or whatever, this is just putting some of the waste energy to use. I didn't read the article either but this is not a new concept or technology.
