hennaojisan,

You're a US citizen, right?

Did you know you're also a US national, which is a unique and distinctly different political status in the US? You're literally a citizen, and a national.

If you're a US national (only), but not a citizen then you're exempt from 99.9% of income taxes.

The IRS calls this class US national a "non-resident alien".

Are you still following what I'm saying so far?

"San", is the OG version.

I wanted to get his attention, and let him know I was legit.

;-)

San the og one, a mod of s/wmaf

Yes, I'm following you and that is exactly what my accountant in the US told me. Thanks to him, I have legally avoided paying any US taxes for many years though I do have to file every year. I do have to pay Japanese taxes on my income. Not all countries have reciprocal tax agreements with Japan.

Proof in the jurisdictional statement in the very first paragraph of the IRS code.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/26/1.1-1

26 CFR § 1.1-1 - Income tax on individuals.

(a) General rule.

(1) Section 1 of the Code imposes an income tax on the income of every individual who is a citizen or resident of the United States and, to the extent provided by section 871(b) or 877(b), on the income of a nonresident alien individual.

Only two small sections of the income tax code applies to US Nationals.

Note: the IRS has relabeled a US national as a "non resident alien", because if they called it a "US national" then everyone with any tax problem would do whatever it took to figure out what a national was, and how they could become one too.

It's hidden in plain sight.

Edit: /u/LarrySwinger2 are you a US citizen?

[–]LarrySwinger2 4 insightful - 4 fun4 insightful - 3 fun5 insightful - 4 fun -  (1 child)

Nope, I'm a citizen of the Netherlands. I've friended you, by the way. You're officially on my list of good posters.

[–]BISH 3 insightful - 4 fun3 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 4 fun -  (0 children)

👍😁

[–]chottohen[S] 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (15 children)

Sure, Larry. I was born in the State of North Carolina. And you are in The Netherlands, right? Are you an accountant? I thought that BISH was /u/JasonCarswell. I'm easily confused but this name game is fun.

I'm listening to your link now and it is really interesting. Now I understand what you were talking about. Thanks. And btw, I liked his reference to Babylonian horse thieves.

[–]JasonCarswell 3 insightful - 7 fun3 insightful - 6 fun4 insightful - 7 fun -  (2 children)

I'm not BISH, wut bish I was.

Ha!

[–]Airbus320 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Ho

[–]BISH 4 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 3 fun -  (11 children)

/s/chottohen I can confirm that this is legit. Really, it's better than described.

0% income taxes equates to a 40% increase in income.

100% - 30% = 70%

But...

100% / 70% = 142.9%, or a 42.9% increase in untaxed gains compared to previous take home earnings.

I wish more people could digest this material. It a personal revolution. It changes a person, and causes spiritual growth. It's indescribable. Truly.
When you know your are free.

Also, I believe you and I were here when Mr. /s/JasonCarswell arrived. He's come a long way since those days.

He's stepped up to the plate in an admirable way.

[–]JasonCarswell 3 insightful - 4 fun3 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 4 fun -  (3 children)

LOL and thanks.

[–]BISH 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (2 children)

You're the man.

[–]JasonCarswell 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (1 child)

One of many.

[–]BISH 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Among the best.

[–]chottohen[S] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (6 children)

I finished listening and it is, as you said, a remarkable situation we're in. I may not ever return to the US since my visa here can be renewed indefinitely. I've already shared that link with a few people. As for Jason, he was here when I came, I think or maybe we got here at about the same time. Are you the user who taught me about Jesuits or the one who likes to watch objects thrown into grinders? Either way, I won't mention your previous name but good to see you again. Our paths will cross again soon.

[–]JasonCarswell 3 insightful - 4 fun3 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 4 fun -  (4 children)

Jesuit hater is /u/HibikiBlack.

I haven't seen the grinder videos for some time.

[–]chottohen[S] 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (3 children)

Yes, I can't remember his name but there was the user who started /s/jesuits way back and his username is still on some saidits now. The grinder person was /u/Tom_Bombadil who may still be here under a different name. TOM: are you out there?

/u/useless_aether of course. I need some brain stem cells.

[–]JasonCarswell 2 insightful - 4 fun2 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 4 fun -  (2 children)

You can see M7 started that /s/Jesuits sub.

Tom has had different names, but I only know a few.

[–]chottohen[S] 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (0 children)

So maybe BISH is M.

[–]HibikiBlack 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yeah. There wasn't anyone who properly moderated the sub itself and I decided to help mod, but I wasn't active back in the day and /u/useless_aether took over for the most part. We both learned a lot from another user called Veritas_Aequitas and I had to study under Veritas_Aequitas for a few years until I became confident to defend the theories.

He is one of the oldest users as well, although he isn't that interested in exposing the Jesuits like I am. He had a few bad encounters with d3rr back in the day and that's why d3rr himself is so skeptical about the Jesuit thing. I've always wanted him and my master to get along but they are like water and oil.

I eventually took over the sub. Part of the reason why I was freaking out about the anti-Semitic theories is because I came to the realization that they were way more dangerous than I initially thought they were so I became very conservative about them. Part of the reason why there was so much bad blood between me and d3rr is because he knew that I knew a lot of dark anti-Zionist shit but refused to share my research intentionally. It doesn't help that at the same time I found out about their role in the communist revolutions and became more and more controlling about it, which eventually ended with my takeover of the site. I'm glad we've been able to sort things out since then.

Makes me wonder how things will eventually play out. I'm sure there's a lot of interesting stuff waiting for us. By the way dude I'll probably share my super compilations soon enough so make sure to keep up.

[–]BISH 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I've already confirmed that this is 100% legit.

I've put every local principal agent on notice.

I've gone into the sheriff's dept and pushed the envelope. The US courts recognize this status.

If you know of anyone who this material would resonate with, they please pass it on.

We can't fix the country by selections, because elections are theater.

But, we can change who we are, and salvage what we can from the current state of affairs.

[–]BISH 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

If/when you return, you can write an affidavit and notarize it.

Swear under penalty of perjury "my intention to be a national (which is the the original state citizen" status (renamed), formerly reserved for "white" Americans) ", but not a citizen".

Title this document "Affidavit of 'citizenship' evidence", which is the US state Dept terminology, so they can't claim confusion.

Then you're longer a US citizen (black former-slave status).

Next, notify the IRS that with a copy of your affidavit, and a brief cover letter.

Add a header to the IRS cover sheet "not to be construed as as filing", and "lawful legal notice"

And you're out of the income tax obligation.

Here's a link to the who, what, when, where, why's of the process.

DEANNA SPINGOLA - ROGER SAYLES - HOW AND WHY CLAIM AMERICAN NATIONAL STATUS - 02-06-21

The benefits are too good to be true, and it gets better. 100% legit, and personally confirmed.

Bro. I've already done this.

Being a US National is Tha BOMB!!! ;-)

[–]Alphix 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (11 children)

I am looking for a Canadian equivalent of this status...

[–]LarrySwinger2 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (2 children)

Why do you want it? Canadians don't need to pay taxes to their country if they're a citizen in their own country, right?

[–]Alphix 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

What? You pay taxes or you get beat up and sent to jail.

[–]LarrySwinger2 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Maybe I'm confusing things. I know that Americans have to pay tax to the US government even if they're a resident of a different country. I thought the thread was about avoiding paying tax in two countries, but now I've read it more closely. I wouldn't know what you can do. Maybe you can declare yourself souvereign.

[–]BISH 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

I hope you find it.

This status is also eligible to naturalized citizens, so you could move here and do this.

[–]Alphix 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (4 children)

I could, but as a disabled and extremely ill individual unable to work, it wouldn't be easy by any measure, even though New Yuck state is less than an hour's drive from here. To boot, the USA is about to implode into a civil war, and I want no part of that.

[–]BISH 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (3 children)

even though New Yuck state is less than an hour's drive from here.

Yeah. It'll be ugly here. Although, empire centers generally fare better than surrounding vassal states during/after collapse.

You live in Canada? I was stationed at Ft Drumm many years ago, and I used to go to Kingston to party. Been to Ottawa a few times to.

I don't miss the lake effect snow falls.

[–]Alphix 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

Ottawa is less than 2 hours from here. We might fare better than expected, given our peculiar culture here in Québec.

[–]BISH 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

IDK.. The COVID hoax hit Montreal as hard as anywhere.

[–]Alphix 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (0 children)

That's for sure. We'll see I guess.

[–]JasonCarswell 1 insightful - 3 fun1 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 3 fun -  (1 child)

It exists. Get to know Common Law. Meanwhile I can ask for one recent thing I heard about to share with you, and others.

[–]Alphix 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Have you obtained this status then? It might be a bit more complicated for us in Québec since our law system is based on French law, although this is a federal thing... Hm...

"Meanwhile I can ask for one recent thing I heard about to share with you, and others." - I'm not sure what you are saying there...
