The brainwashing he speaks from is when Marx said that socialism was just a step leading towards communism or some shit like that.

I say, since it's Marx who said it, it's obviously COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA that the poor brainwashed sheeple like that enjoy repeating. Because it's all they know.

They've been brainwashed with communist propaganda, AND by the idea that the USA owes its "great economic success" to its "capitalist" system. They understand nothing of how economics work and as such, aren't even worth engaging into arguments on these topics, since all they know is regurgitating their brainwashing.

These people succeed at one thing: Making me feel sorry for them, and worried that such ignorance would be the norm among the citizens of the nation with the biggest military machine. That's a very dangerous combination.
