They also lost the right to invoke the principle of 'bodily autonomy' after a 2 year crusade to force people to get vaccinated against their will

I wish that were so. But I've seen interviews of people at protests against the Roe decision being overturned, and the interviewer tried to get their logic cells to connect the two topics. The programming slips right to "but vaccines help everyone/society" type of comments and it doesn't stick with them.

That's why we shouldn't care about abortion rights and just delegalise being a woman. When there are no women, most of problems disappear.

Of course they can. They just say men can get pregnant too and cancel everything about being a woman by calling them preganant persons, uterus havers, womb carriers, etc.

Your title is not about arguing for abortion rights in general but specifically if women don’t exist, so u/iamonlyoneman explained why women not existing isn’t an obstacle to the left arguing for abortion rights

Nope, they don't say anything about abortion rights and how they can be fought for.

If you say men can get pregnant you can't complain when men decide the rights of "pregnant people".
