I wish that were so. But I've seen interviews of people at protests against the Roe decision being overturned, and the interviewer tried to get their logic cells to connect the two topics. The programming slips right to "but vaccines help everyone/society" type of comments and it doesn't stick with them.

Aborting poors helps everyone/society.

Their logic is consistent, they just don't say it all out loud at once.
