An elderly man with poor memory shouldn't be running a country.

    The proven in court is sexual abuse, but the crimes in the Mueller Report are detailed and well enough evidence there, but will not be charged, because of the statute of limitations.

    In front of the courts is:

    Willful Retention of National Defense Information (18 U.S.C. § 793(e));
    Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice (18 U.S.C. §1512(k));
    Withholding a Document or Record (18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(b)(2)(A), 2);
    Corruptly Concealing a Document or Record (18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(1), 2);
    Concealing a Document in a Federal Investigation (18 U.S.C. §§ 1519, 2);
    Scheme to Conceal (18 U.S.C. §§ 1001(a)(1), 2);
    False Statements and Representations (18 U.S.C. §§ 1001(a)(2), 2);
    Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree (N.Y. Penal §175.10);
    Violation of GA RICO (O.C.G.A. §16-14-4(c);
    Solicitation of violation of oath by public officer (O.C.G.A. §16-4-7 and O.C.G.A. §16-10-1);
    Conspiracy to Commit False Statements and Writings (O.C.G.A. §16-4-8 and O.C.G.A. §16-10-20);
    Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree (O.C.G.A. §16-4-8 and O.C.G.A. §16-9-1(b));
    Conspiracy to Committ Filing False Documents (O.C.G.A. §16-4-8 and O.C.G.A. §16-10-20.1(b)(1));
    Filing False Documents (O.C.G.A. §16-10-20.1(b)(1));
    False Statements and Writings (O.C.G.A. §16-10-20);
    Conspiracy to Defraud the United States (18 USC §371);
    Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding (18 USC §1512(k));
    Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding (18 USC §1512(c)(2), 2);
    Conspiracy Against Rights (18 USC §241)

    But the "willfully" part isn't sufficiently evidenced that it is worth charging.

    Unlike the Mar-a-lago documents.

    Both could be considered conjecture. All presidents will have retained some documents at some time, intentionally or not, and they are usually entitled to do so as they are given top clearance. The point here is the obvious bias towards Trump, while Biden is given a free ride which is obvious hypocrisy. You cannot condemn one and not another. Are you going to investigate Obama and Bush? What about Hilary with her deleted email scandal?

    Donald Trump had the authority to declassify anything he wanted.

    Joe Biden did not.

    Joe Biden is a traitor.

    Joe Biden is also guilty of extortion, bribery, money laundering, influence peddling, and selling out the United States of America.

    Joe Biden should be rotting in a prison cell along with his criminal administration.

    Donald Trump had the authority to declassify anything he wanted.

    Arguably. But there's a process, and until that's completed including changing the markings on the documents, they have to be treated as the classification marked.

    You can't devaluation things with your mind without telling anyone. And Trumps lawyers have never suggested that in court at a defence.

    Joe Biden did not.

    That's not true. All the powers of declassification apply equally to the president and the vice president.

    Joe Biden is a traitor.

    Are you sure you've got that the right way around?

    It was Trump who has made extensive efforts to retain classified documents while his faculty got inexplicable control of $2 billion in Saudi money, and the US suffered extensive losses in the human intelligence sources.

    What's Biden done? Pay lend $4000 to a family member to buy a truck was the last thing the GOP was trying to claim was evidence of something nefarious.

    Joe Biden is also guilty of extortion, bribery, money laundering, influence peddling, and selling out the United States of America.

    You choose to believe that and not of Trump despite that the investigations have turned up so much in temp he's in front of 4 criminal courts, and that there's insufficient evidence of wrongdoing to bring charges against Biden?

    You're mistaken.

    Joe Biden should be rotting in a prison cell along with his criminal administration

    The evidence shows that that's Trump.

    Is speeding one mile-per-hour over the limit breaking the law?

    [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

    Yes.

    But that's a strict liability law. You don't need criminal intent. It's like statuary rape or selling alcohol to minors
