Famous Climate-gate fraud

There have been about half a dozen investigations into Mann's work on MBH 1998. They've all exonerated him.

Including the highest scientific bodies that there are. Academy affirms hockey-stick graph

But the gold standard in science is reproduction. Nearly 2 dozen northern hemisphere temperature reconstructions mimic the famous Mann, Bradley & Hughes hockey stick of 1998.

So not only is there no fraud, Mann is also still right now over a quarter of a century later.

One of the mechanisms that the powerful fossil fuel lobby has for controlling the narrative is making personal attacks on scientists. Knowing that many of their followers are hard right wing, and prone to terrorism as a tool for influencing politics. Dr. Mann deserves decent compensation for what these companies who's big money is threatened by the truth's he's been telling these past 25 years.

In the recent history of significant defamation payouts by people for defamation including mostly punitive damages, I hope the courts see this the same way. No one should have their life changed like Mann has for publishing a temperature reconstruction that's correct.

And now Aileen sits on his classified documents case, delaying and delaying for him. And being hostile to the prosecution for following long standing practise that she's not familiar with because she's unqualified.

I remember, not so long ago, Judges weren't expected to be partisan. It didn't matter who had appointed them much, they all followed the law.

Now if they're GOP appointee it means they're a federalist society activist and a liability to the freedoms of the people.

Not being federalist society doesn't mean "controlled by the left". It means "normal". And now that the federalists have taken a fucking majority of the SCOTUS, the claim that "the left controls the legal system" is somewhat out of touch with reality.

People who work in science are more trustworthy in discussing science than politicians. If they didn’t just run their mouths uncontrollably, maybe they wouldn’t be getting sued. That’s something trump found out the hard way.
