Tech jobs require skills in STEM. It doesn't matter what color people are, if they lack the skills, they shouldn't be hired. Why hire dead weight? It's not racism. If they want the job, let them acquire the skills just as everyone else did. There shouldn't even be a diversity and inclusion team.
