Over the moon with appreciation for a trial that functioned appropriately (which was unexpected).
Sentencing - 8 weeks from now - will piss off everyone (as it won't be enough and will be too much, for 2nd° Murder, 3rd° Murder, and 2nd° Manslaughter, which can be only 3 or 4 years in jail, and probation).

Yeah that makes sense, a person who literally fulfills every criterion on the DSM checklist for psychopathy tricks a pregnant woman in to opening her door so he can pistol whip her, and threaten to shoot the baby in her stomach goes through revolving door justice system and the guy that gets tasked with cleaning up this piece of human garbage gets blamed when the moron speedballs on the pavement while resisting arrest.
The trial didn’t function; a crop of violent welfare recipients cultivated for just such a purpose did what they were programmed to do by the billionaires that own them.
Billionaires win again! Yay!

I see your concern, but even if George had been Hitler, he was murdered, and he did not deserve to die.
The jury decision was of course significant because this accident felony assault 2nd degreee murder reminds people of many others the cops aggressively murdered by accident.

Felony aggravated assault that results in death is murder, hence the conviction of 2nd° Murder.

Are you saying you believe the mainstream narrative about Hitler?
Not necessarily. Perhaps I should have mentioned Goebbels, Himmler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Bagosora, Pasha, or Jinping.

Except Chauvin followed the training he has received. Using the knee on neck is an actual technique they are trained to do. I agree its not the proper approach, but with the amount of drug he had taken, a taser would have kill him as well. So then it comes as a responsability of the police training itself. Because as it been a different cops, the same thing would have probably happen.
Also It might go to mistrial because of Maxine who indirectly threatened the jury.

He's already acquitted on appeal numpty. The "President" and congress blatantly interfered. The judge even admitted this if you actually paid attention.

Yeah "appropriately" - that explains how he is guilty of both unintentionally killing someone and intentionally killing them. Totally makes sense and absolutely no sane person would find there to be any reasonable doubt when even the prosecution's own witnesses and case were unable to identify the cause of death.

you are aware chauvin has massive grounds to appeal, right? and he will.
these democrat leaders were all over tv demanding a murder conviction or else more riots. so of course the jury was scared.
yes, unless they make some kind of deal there will be an appeal and a new trial.

I watched much of the trial, and the only appeal Chauvin might consider is that his attorney(s?) is pathetic. He couldn't make detailed arguments with reasonable evidence, and he asked for a mistrial because of some thing (not identified) he heard from some person (not identified), who was watching TV (not identified), who was aware that a juror was bad (not specified), and some people on social media (not specified), and other stuff, all convinced him that there had been a mistrial. What a baffoon. Even cocky, dangerous dumbasses like Chauvin deserve better.

well that's an interesting opinion but chauvin has a different, bigger, reason to appeal.
