America is over.

Over the moon with appreciation for a trial that functioned appropriately (which was unexpected).

Sentencing - 8 weeks from now - will piss off everyone (as it won't be enough and will be too much, for 2nd° Murder, 3rd° Murder, and 2nd° Manslaughter, which can be only 3 or 4 years in jail, and probation).

Yeah that makes sense, a person who literally fulfills every criterion on the DSM checklist for psychopathy tricks a pregnant woman in to opening her door so he can pistol whip her, and threaten to shoot the baby in her stomach goes through revolving door justice system and the guy that gets tasked with cleaning up this piece of human garbage gets blamed when the moron speedballs on the pavement while resisting arrest.

The trial didn’t function; a crop of violent welfare recipients cultivated for just such a purpose did what they were programmed to do by the billionaires that own them.

Billionaires win again! Yay!

I see your concern, but even if George had been Hitler, he was murdered, and he did not deserve to die.

The jury decision was of course significant because this accident felony assault 2nd degreee murder reminds people of many others the cops aggressively murdered by accident.

[–]bjam27 7 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 0 fun8 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Science proved he overdosed.

[–]Node 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

he was murdered

Why do you keep repeating this lie?

[–]lost_in_cairo 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

brainwashed, like half the country by the mainstream media and big tech companies.

Felony aggravated assault that results in death is murder, hence the conviction of 2nd° Murder.

[–]Whonose 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Are you saying you believe the mainstream narrative about Hitler?

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Not necessarily. Perhaps I should have mentioned Goebbels, Himmler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Bagosora, Pasha, or Jinping.

Except Chauvin followed the training he has received. Using the knee on neck is an actual technique they are trained to do. I agree its not the proper approach, but with the amount of drug he had taken, a taser would have kill him as well. So then it comes as a responsability of the police training itself. Because as it been a different cops, the same thing would have probably happen.

Also It might go to mistrial because of Maxine who indirectly threatened the jury.

He's already acquitted on appeal numpty. The "President" and congress blatantly interfered. The judge even admitted this if you actually paid attention.

[–]bonked_or_maybe_not 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yeah "appropriately" - that explains how he is guilty of both unintentionally killing someone and intentionally killing them. Totally makes sense and absolutely no sane person would find there to be any reasonable doubt when even the prosecution's own witnesses and case were unable to identify the cause of death.

[–]lost_in_cairo 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

you are aware chauvin has massive grounds to appeal, right? and he will.

these democrat leaders were all over tv demanding a murder conviction or else more riots. so of course the jury was scared.

yes, unless they make some kind of deal there will be an appeal and a new trial.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

I watched much of the trial, and the only appeal Chauvin might consider is that his attorney(s?) is pathetic. He couldn't make detailed arguments with reasonable evidence, and he asked for a mistrial because of some thing (not identified) he heard from some person (not identified), who was watching TV (not identified), who was aware that a juror was bad (not specified), and some people on social media (not specified), and other stuff, all convinced him that there had been a mistrial. What a baffoon. Even cocky, dangerous dumbasses like Chauvin deserve better.

the only appeal Chauvin might consider is that his attorney(s?) is pathetic.

well that's an interesting opinion but chauvin has a different, bigger, reason to appeal.

Sad but I knew they were going to throw him under the bus. They didn’t want anymore rioting. This is going to get a lot of cops killed because they are going to second guess every move they make but that’s what the left wants anyway so mission accomplished I guess. All for a guy who OD’d on Fentanyl.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (10 children)

Yes, more challenges ahead for cops.

As you may have seen in the trial, however, the fentanyl OD argument was thoroughly debunked by the prosecution, as George hadn't been reacting as though he was on the process of an OD.

[–]Dr_Bukkake 6 insightful - 2 fun6 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 2 fun -  (7 children)

He had four times the lethal dosage in his system. He had 11 nanograms in his system and the corner stated he had ruled people’s deaths due to ODing on Fentanyl with as little as 3 nanograms in their system. Not to mention he had meth, Covid-19, and heart disease in his system. He was a walking time bomb.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

Yes, one can die with 11ng in the liver, kidneys and/or blood, but a large person like George can survive with this much, and up to 14ng in one of those 3 areas. One of the sources, here.

[–]bjam27 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Stop making things up lol.

He overdosed. Fentanyl Floyd. Dont pretend you're surprised.

No justice served here.

[–]EuropeanAwakening14 4 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

Including meth?

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

I don't know. The prosecution lawyers argued - successfully, it seems - that the amount meth was not significant.

If I were to guess, perhaps the meth was also taken to counteract a drowsiness side effect of fentanyl.

[–]bonked_or_maybe_not 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Every legal expert on this case said that prosecution failed miserably - they didn't get their verdict, the mob that literally murdered 28 people since last summer using this as their excuse did.

[–]Dr_Bukkake 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Doesn’t matter the most amount, what matters is that they have ruled people with 3 ng an overdose death while Floyd had 11 ng combined with meth, Covid-19, and congenital heart disease.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

This was 6 days ago. There are other notes hare on Saidit about the larger size of George, contrasted with someone who could OD with 11 ng. And as shown - at length - in the courrtoom and by doctors - George was not in the process of an OD. He was unable to breathe. One can see this clearly in the video. Medical professionals have proven this.

[–]bjam27 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

This is a complete lie and shows you didn't even watch the trial.

The fentanyl overdose was proved by science but obviously the jury wasn't literate let alone science minded.

[–]Bigs 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

He did the dying thing of someone dying of a fatal OD, which I find to be rather compelling?

[–]bjam27 5 insightful - 3 fun5 insightful - 2 fun6 insightful - 3 fun -  (1 child)

He's already acquitted on appeal. The Fascist "President" and congresspeople both blatantly interfered and incited. The judge even admitted this if you actually paid attention.

Funny how none of the jurors trusted science when their lives were being threatened and blood smeared on their houses.

[–]filbs111 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

That assumes a justice system that's fit for purpose!

[–]Tigerbitecrazy 4 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 3 fun -  (4 children)

The charges were excessive but warranted nonetheless. There will be peace for 6-8 weeks until sentencing and then there will be more riots for not sending him immediately to the gallows and a few days after he is sent to his cell we will hear a story about his death at the hands of other inmates.

[–]bjam27 4 insightful - 3 fun4 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 3 fun -  (0 children)

They started rioting and attacking drivers at 5:30 lol.

He won’t be in general pop as a former officer. He will be in segregation.

[–]bonked_or_maybe_not 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

He will be in solitary confinement - most likely for the rest of his natural life. Read up on what even 3 days of that shit does to people.

If you are a police officer in the US and you didn't call in sick today, you probably also ate paint chips as a kid.
