don't they especially want to start transitioning before or during puberty, because your body is developing then. One problem for a male that wants to be female is once you're all done growing you have a big frame unlike women. Hormones could make you have a smaller womanly frame as you grow.

I agree this shouldn't be allowed because it's unhealthy for a child. But I know if a boy is under developing and in danger of becoming an incel, like he will have a small frame, short, bad chin, he should be put on immediete HGH. After puberty and growing is done it is too late to make a difference.

There are definite advantages and disadvantages to early interventions. Male-to-female will have a less masculinised appearance. The downsides considerably outweigh that benefit. Most children simply grow out of this if not medicated. That there is a drive to medicalise this confusion reveals the ideological motivations. Would they consider such drastic interventions in any other condition where the majority of cases simply go into remission?

Also, retarding the development of the genitals leaves less material available for making a front hole. This is in addition to a range of life-long health risks and the need to be medicated for life. All this for a majority of patients who would have recovered with little more than therapy needed.

I think that is all true but just wanted to point out the problems with that self identified trans person saying it should just be waited till after a person is done growing, really too late then. Instead of "waiting" just never do it.

Your frame is generally more reliant upon genetics than hormones. Hormones have an influence in women because they need to be able to give birth, but that's primarily around the hips. I've seen cis-women who have large frames and cis-men who have small frames, though generally it's the other way around.

My frame's not really been an issue for me and I've never taken hormones. It's not great, but it's not terrible either — and that's all up to genetics.

If someone under 18 needs treatment for non-transitional purposes that's entirely fine, btw. It's just when you want to counter your natural development when it needs to wait.

frame has to do with testosterone levels during puberty, gotta boost them. They're low for men these days cuz of poullution and bad diets. If you saw a cis woman with a big frame, sucks for her, she looks manly, maybe should have been on estrogen during pubberty.

Incels can boost their testosterone naturally. They just can't be bothered.
