Imagine being so stupid, you demonize a vaccine roll out plan because orange man bad, but as soon as the geriatric retard gets into office, it's gods gift to the world. The left definitely had more to do with the spread, flopping back and forth with mask mandates and lock down orders. When people are told a vaccine will prevent you from having to wear a mask, then a week later it comes out vaxxed people can still spread this awful disease, it creates hesitation for those with more than 4 braincells. Your smooth brain think isn't getting us very far

This. I know more people who willingly got the vaccine and are against mandates then people who are anti-vaccine. Those who sowed the seeds of distrust when Trump was fast-tracking the vaccines are now demonizing those against not just the vaccine, but against mandates.

Yes, I do remember. Masks, social distancing, and lockdowns. How effective were all of those, almost 2 years later? Still with the fear mongering. Still mask mandates in some places. And now a vaccine mandate, for which is pointless when you can still get and spread this virus.

My fat, 270lb, smoking a pack a day for 14 years ass got covid earlier this year. And hear I am. Shouldn't I be dead by the lefts statistics?

Lockdowns ended for various countries months ago, and for some of the US states. Boris Johnson (UK PM) said months ago it didn't matter how many dead bodies piled up, he was going to stop the lockdowns. So - fearmongering? - no. Of course masks help, as do vaccines, which is why the lockdowns could end. They're not pointless because those who've had the vaccine are less likely to die, as they build up immunity to COVID19. On some countries and in some US states, it's not mandatory to wear masks, and hasn't been for months. Everyone reacts differently to getting COVID19. I hope I've responded to all of your concerns. I am surprised you didn't know any of this.

Fearmongering- this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. But already having covid has built up my immunity, so why fearmonger people and shut people down for not getting it

Arguing with cranks on the internet is useless, if your only goal is to change anyone's mind but your own.

On the other hand, if you do it correctly, it helps you sharpen your own skills at research and in debate tactics. When you get good at it, you have a better chance of changing the views of people who are not already locked into a point of view.

No - not the pandemic of the unvaccinated. Moreover, antibodies you may have produced months ago may or may not continue in production several months later. The added benefit you have is that those who've had COVID19 may have cells that the vaccine can react with in order to help develop more antibodies. It's a process that has to be encouraged every 7 or 8 months until there are fewer cases of COVID19, and thus not much need for a backup shot. You'll require the vaccine. No one is fearmongering you. This is not about you. This is about joining in the effort to reduce the spread of the virus for everyone.

The spread of a virus with a .01 mortality rate for people in my age bracket. Their is studies out not saying my natural immunity will outlast the vaccines out there. They're projecting that within 3 months the vaccine in peoples bodies will be rendered almost useless, hence the boaster shots for the rest of our lives.

And how is Evey one getting a vaccine going to stop covid. Flu shots have been around for how long? Every year people need to get them, and every year people still get the flu. The flu hasn't shown any sign of slowing. So what makes you think this vaccine is going to do the same.

Silencing one groups opinions, only to show your own down the public's throat is a form of fear mongering. MSM isn't letting people get all the facts, showing the mass population only the bad of this disease

Lol, have you been keeping up? Biden said back in August this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. I just seen compilation of other "experts" saying the same thing. Sorry for being rude, I would have thought the vax would thicken ones skin a little more

I've explained all of this in response to another user in the same thread (per my comment history). Essentially, you've somehow been mislead to focus on these issues, whereas the main issue is that it's important to try to help reduce the spread of COVID19, with the steps requesed by the CDC, if you're in the US. This will end the lockdown in your area, if there is one.

But the CDC has been flip flopping on regulations and what "needs to be done" from the start. First masks are useless, then we need masks. Then double masks with social distancing. Then no mask if your vaxxed, oh wait, you do need a mask if your vaxxed. It's all a show. And a terrible one at that. Hope you can convince some other low level IQ feller, but you ain't gonna convince this one. Good day sir

Yes, I hear that from my Republican relatives, but there is no vidence I can find of this flip-flopping, nor was much of it in the news. The CDC website has noted the importance of masks since early last year. It would seem that Fox News &c want us not to trust the government and CDC. One can guess why that has been.
