FYI: socks is sealioning and paid or not, ignorant or intentional, is a big fat waste of time as he supports authoritarianism, shills for big pharma, and perpetually lies (countless more examples available upon request) and has 2 strikes. But hey, freedom of expression, even for the Devil's shittiest advocate. My advice: ignore him.

I appreciate that. I some times find myself going back and forth with people for no reason. I know I don't know everything, just what I read and see. No one on the internet will get to me.

Arguing with cranks on the internet is useless, if your only goal is to change anyone's mind but your own.
On the other hand, if you do it correctly, it helps you sharpen your own skills at research and in debate tactics. When you get good at it, you have a better chance of changing the views of people who are not already locked into a point of view.
