Come talk about your garden and techniques for how to grow a better garden.
First radish of 2023 picked from my garden ~ I chopped up the greens and the globe and fried it into my rice at lunch time. Frying seemed to tame the flavor and make it more mild. (I liked it!) One of the cats helped me eat some of the raw greens!

You're making me want to plant radishes!
I find so interesting how many plants cats like to eat despite being obligate carnivores.
And I think it's great you're making use of the greens too.

They are a healthy addition, and I see you are trying to make healthier choices, like avoiding food packaged in plastic. It took only 48 days from sowing the seed until harvest today. The soil does not have to be great quality. These can grow well in rocky and hard soil. I'm considering planting more seed today.
