Trump was only the lesser of 2 evils for White Americans, no one on the dissident right thought he was anything special after 2017 when he bombed Assad's forces and inflamed middle east tensions by recognising Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

i wouldn't even say he's the lesser of two evils.

having trump as president makes right leaning whites become complacent.

Not necessarily, we did see the backlash Musk got for the H1B visas from the Trump camp.

I warned you all. Twitter only wants to farm and surf narrative waves coming from the public without actually having to be accountable to anyone.

Trump, Elon, etc will selectively amplify and then repurpose whatever language or memes are trending on social media as mere product parceling for their own agendas. Without having any intention of actually fulfilling specific promises associated with those constituencies. All of the regalia garb going on there is just sophisticated hucksterism

Most people on the nationalist right had no real faith in Trump, just he was the much lesser of 2 evils as well as a decent way of promoting White populism.
