Hello

You wont lose weight by working out or doing exercises. You will lose weight by not eating.

Stop eating every 2nd day. Eat chicken on your eating day. Nothing else. (Maybe some greens but really try to not pick calorie dense greens)
Drink lots of water.
Get multi-vitamin pills.

This diet is only supposed to run for 1 month. With a 1 month break.

You will lose 10-20 pounds in 1 month. It is math.

Repeated fasting raped my muscle mass and metabolism I wouldn't recommend it tbh.

Did you have low body fat?
