Only indigenous (for America you can just do white) people are citizens, only citizens can work in societally influential positions (government, finance, media, NGOs etc)

Public works projects

Begin the process of eliminating unproductive economic activity (obviously we couldn't ban trading stocks, rentseeking, usury etc immediately we'd need to transition to a productive economy rather than FIRE)

I think native Americans deserve special status. They shouldn't go extinct. We should actively prevent that from happening.

Because they're a unique racial group. Why would you want them to go extinct?

Some want an ethnoglobe. Which to be honest I can somewhat sympathize with, Africa would be cool af without niggers. Some of the uncontacted tribals were fascinating as well though.

I think pre-WW2 it could've been done but now if it's ever tried the back and forth retaliation would definitely end human existence. The Turner Diaries didn't talk about the rest of the world also having nukes and other WMDs.

I don't want them to go extinct, but I don't want to protect them either.

I think the most that should be done is to allow them self-determination.
