I read an article on an Argentinian company quoted as saying "We don't want a salary gap like in the United States" to justify their shaming tactics.

I can't express how much contempt I have for these gullible, low-IQ, brown socialists who blame imaginary problems on their betters using the language of our own traitors. Get fucked.

You're right, using shame and fear to keep employees in their place while pretending they have a say is new. The traditional co-op offers true ownership rather than conformity as a reward, and unions offer negotiated contracts rather than fickle "you know whos" (to quote the article) ruining all the fun.
