The whole situation is just fucked. Trump can't block twitter users? What a joke. The Left has been banning and silencing anybody with remotely rightwing thoughts for years. These ass holes can't even handle getting blocked, they can't handle being unable to leave their toxic leftist takes underneath trump's tweets. And somehow they win in their legal battle? I can't believe it.

Sounds like the right should start creating their own social media platforms to compete, oh yeah, lol, Apple is threatening to remove Parlor from their App Store.

Yeah pretty much, but it goes beyond that. We need our own payment processors, phone manufacturers and domain registrars. In essence we need our own ecosystem. If mastercard and visa can bring Mindgeek (The company that owns pornhub and similar websites) to its knees, then they can fuck with anyone. Without secure revenue streams any alternate platform we build just ends up collapsing.

How many times do we need to see our twitter/reddit clones fail before we realise what we really need to do?

Right now is the perfect time for that to happen, a group of businessmen and software/computer engineers should be getting together to create their own platforms and they can use freedom of speech as their hook to get people's attention to join their platform over others.

How many times do we need to see our twitter/reddit clones fail before we realise what we really need to do?

They need to be more than just a cheap clone that will never go anywhere because why will the public settle for a cheap knockoff when the real thing is free?

Won't work. All new platforms have the same problem. The minute they hit a certain size and influence level the admin sells out the company to tech oligarchs who start banning people. Saidit has already isolated this sub and they haven't even sold out yet.

One solution is right wingers getting into public spaces more (which they anticipated and created a fake pandemic to counteract). Another solution is a crypto based social media site run outside of the US that is owned and controlled in a decentralized way. Decentralized crypto currency exchanges are becoming a thing and decentralized social media sites can do they same. We need an anti fragile attitude and an anti fragile site. The torrent community is a good example of anti fragility. Look at how The Pirate Bay continues to operate despite constant attacks.

That only works if everyone who owns the company is a dissident that refuses to sell stock when Billionaire oligarchs try to buy it up. It also assumes that as a right wing/dissident company you will survive the constant legal and social attacks on your franchise. It also assumes the jew controlled courts will rule in your favor when you 'accidentally' wind up in endless court battles. It assumes you company financially survives after the 'diversity industry' shakedown shows up. It assumes a liberal mayor/governor doesn't force you to move states. It assumes your company doesn't start hemorrhaging profits when the courts force incompetent blacks, litigious women, and subversive gays and Jews into your board room.

Let's be honest is it even possible to be a billionaire or own a large company and not be infiltrator/controlled by the loxist oligarchs?
