One suggestion so that this happens more efficiently: Each person should post here the range of users they are going to contact BEFORE doing it so that there is no risk someone else wastes time contacting the same people. After you have messaged all the users, just post an update with a confirmation. For example, I start myself:

I'll contact users 40 to 80 of the list. edit: Done. Just open a bunch of tabs and mass copy and paste the same message and the usernames.
