It only makes sense if the intent is to turn the cities along with the rest of the country into shit holes. There can be no other explanation. Clearly there's the possibility of provoking a violent reaction from citizens whose rights are being steamrolled... and the likes of Prick-ster know that.

SS: Do these non-citizens even get taught the US laws and constitution before being given this authority over citizens? It seems the clowns are doing every stupid move they can in hopes of provoking civil war so they can justify marshal law and suspending the elections.

Policing big cities is a waste of time, so Chicago is running out of good cops. White and Hispanic neighborhoods aren’t that bad but the rest is like Burkina Faso or Somalia, where nig nog gangs run everything and shoot each other.

Just as we should not blame Trump supporters for the invasion of the white house by undercover agents wearing Trump hats.... All the police left because of Governor Pringles and former Chicago Mayor Lightfoot's vaccine mandates, defunding of the police, reckless woke justice reform that resulted in an explosion of violence and crime in Chicago, then fights against state worker and police unions, and finally followed by Lightfoot's crass mishandling of the police officers killed, which resulted from these bad policies.

Now the governor has railroaded through a slimy law to release violent prisoners with his poorly thought out 'cash bail' reform as well as banned fancy looking guns. It is a hostile place for police, surely. The Chicago police has already publicly suggested they all find high pay elsewhere during Lightfoot's failures, since police shortages are were (still are it seems) wide spread across the nation.
