The amount of people taking them went way up during the pandemic. In this case unavailability does not appear to be caused by the supply being down, the demand is up while the supply is the same it ever was

Technically it's not an amphetamine but produces some of the same effects in humans. In small, prescribed doses, it is safe, effective, makes you grit your teeth and feel good.

I have taken it when I was a kid, but only for a few doses. It calms me way down. Same thing speed does for me in small doses, which I haven't taken for 36 years and do not intend to again. I have seen the pure destruction that speed has on people.

Yeah, at some point we have to draw a line and not snort it. I'm in the same age bracket as you and try to practice moderation but once in a while...
