For Monsanto, Even a billion dollar fine is like fining me or you two cents, it's nothing.

They need to put the executives in bright orange jumpsuits and put a ball and chain on one ankle and let them push a crappy broom around downtown for twenty years and let them sleep on a sidewalk.

That's awesome, except:

The Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ), which AG Rosenblum leads, will be working with the Legislature, the Governor, and state agencies to put the funds to use for statewide remediation and clean-up.

Hrm. A situation that seems to me could use a real oversight committee.
