No, it's violence, as far as I understand. I think you could argue for something like the death penalty, without saying things like "x should be lynched or eliminated". That kind of language is usually what triggers those who could shut down saidit. It's even worse if it's a specific individual. I do wish it were a less vague policy, but that's how I've seen it enforced by the owner. Usually I try to be very much on the lenient side, but if it's something that could put saidit in danger, especially since the owner is very distant right now, there needs to be a lot of caution. The owner knows it far better than any of us, since its his rule, and you can try asking him instead but you may be waiting a while to get a response.

Also, the user in question is a serial spammer who has been banned many times from saidit, who is now posting porn and IP grabbers, and is claiming to be posting CP.
