It came up in one of the trials.

He reckoned how can he have defamed people who had received death threats and harassment from his listeners, if they hadn't themselves been aware of the defamation.

I'm triple vaxed now. All is good.

In a perpetually corrupt matrix of rigged systems, including the justice system, little can be trusted.

Just because it came up doesn't mean it was proven with any rigor or legitimacy.

I can claim you made death threats against me. Doesn't make it true. And without the corrupt system backing me there's no way I could sue you and win.

Okay. So the parents testified that they hadn't heard of Alex Jones, and that was used by Jones' defence.

It's also unsurprising that prior to the harassment and death threats by his listeners your average Newtown, Connecticut would not have heard of a Texas radio host who's business model involves speaking to an audience of far right and alt right conspiracy theorists.

On the other hand, there's plenty of evidence of the death threats.
