I don't think you get it. This smallpox Vax is leaky, meaning those who get the jab can infect others with smallpox. All the people getting this are potentially patient zero for a pandemic.

That's not the situation. You have missed the most important part. "Some gay" as you put it, is going to get the smallpox shot and then transmit smallpox to everyone he has contact with, sexual or otherwise.

The monkey pox outbreak is limited to a few small communities. Releasing the smallpox virus in this way is going to be catastrophic for everyone.

About terminology of "leaky"...

The live-virus smallpox vaccine sheds, spreading vaccine derived smallpox, much like the live-virus polio vaccine does.

The term "leaky vaccine" is not intended to describe viruses that shed.

A leaky vaccine is one that has break through infections; those are the "leaks." Breakthrough infections on in a big enough population, leads to ripe opportunity for evolution of the virus, resulting in new variants. Most of the time, the new variants are more contagious, leading to their survival and detection.
