They just aren't even trying anymore.

There's no reason for them to try, if ever there was.

Sure more of us than ever have previously inaccessible knowledge with the Interwebs, but it's certainly not enough to tip the sheeple scale, nor to counter the centralized power monopolies.

Even then, they have wealth, persistence, and endless canon fodder, along with endless practice at dealing with resistance, and their mafia monopoly on violence, so every revolution just rotates around back to where you were, perhaps with different players, but always arriving at another corrupt matrix of rigged systems of exploitation in place.
