Insects could be fed to chickens and animals to make them more nutritious. Why is that not being proposed.

Probably because insects need to eat too. Growing insects requires growing crops to feed them and because of conversion losses you need more crops to get the same caloric value of insects.

It is obviously not a logical plan. The "scientists" who proposed this should be red flagged and thier other claims should be reviewed for bias.

Many of the common insects suggested as edible are those bred for feeding to reptiles, birds and fish. I kept Bearded Dragons for years and typically fed them a variety of insects alongside veggies, including mealworms, crickets, locusts, waxworms and others.

When keeping the live food, over time you become as familiar with the insects lifecycle as the life of your pet. Breeders sell these insects with newspaper, egg cartons and sawdust in the package. I can only assume that it's most typical that the insects are living off this for much of their life. Those that would successfully develop into beetles or moths would be retarded, unable to walk properly or fly, I don't know if this is genetic issues, inbreeding or poor environment, or if they are just shitty insects.

If insects are eating crap, grow to become retarded, how can they be any good as a food product for human consumption? We do not eat lame animals fed on sawdust, why would we substitute good meat with low grade insect?

This entire proposition reeks of elitist ritual humiliation of the working class who must feed on shit while the elites themselves suckle on meat. The soy and vegan agenda is not taking grasp so they force it on kids.

Plants literally eat the smoke that goes out of cars and coal power plants, yet you don't seem to mind eating them…

I breathe smoke from car exhausts, I don't eat newspaper and sawdust. Your rebuttal is retarded.
