My idea is to create sophisticated counter-intelligence sites and gather as much information on the Vatican as possible while at the same time create enough nationalists guilds like to create a revolution. (I'm cynical about my chances of success, but unlike most of my friends, I at least want to try) I don't think you can resist the government through non-violence in a meaningful way besides blocking a bill or something. The only way I see your ideas to work is let society destroy itself and rebuild it in the wild. A lot of my friends want to do this actually...
