Just get the astrazeneca vaccine.

That's a normal vaccine just like the flu shot. No mrna.

This is why there's so much briefing against it in the press.

No it isn't. Instead of mRNA, the coding for the spike protein is put in the cold virus. So this is very similar in effect to the mRNA vaccines.
