The sugar water and fire water industries are brutal, despite their branding - and they've been making people fat for more than just 2013-2015.

Arguably their worst crime: replacing the cane sugar with high-fructose corn syrup.

Europe always used cane sugar and has most of the same problems.

Because I'm 600+lbs it's safe to say I don't care about the the problems and only care about the taste (and how much I can fit in may bellay!).

My biggest problem is that I'm only 4'2" tall.

Seriously? That EC stack I just mentioned is great for dieting. Might want to check with a cardiologist first, to see if your heart can take it. The slightly good news is that the weight drops off quicker the farther you are from an ideal weight

It's good that quality water can still be found. It's the only decent replacement for the drinks out there, besides the natural energy drinks.

What natural energy drinks do you recommend?

I'm pretty sure plain old milk performs better than most energy drinks.

Full fat low sugar chocolate milk is the single best recovery drink I've ever had. Granted, not everyone's stomach can handle milk.

Ugh. I don't like the moo juice. Cheese and stuff, sure, but milk is ick.

A decade ago I used to like trying all the new energy drinks. I've since found that flavoured water and caffeine pills are more precise and cheaper.

EC stack is my fav, ephedrine and caffeine. Ephedrine is almost identical to meth except it has an extra carbon group (or some bullshit) that keeps it from being fun/super addictive.

Coconut water?

[–]HibikiBlackCaudillo[S] 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

Tamarind juice is good for regulating sugar. Coconuts are good too, but they are also very "charged" with different nutrients.
