You lost me at the first one. By your logic, if I speak publicly about the downsides of a new 'vaccine' for AIDS that kills 99% of it's patients ... you'd say that is out of line with the Hippocratic Oath.

Sure, mentioning potential side effects. He has been spreading disinformation that would mislead people into not taking the vaccine, resulting in worsened conditions for themselves if they got COVID, and the greater potential to spread COVID. He swore an oath to uphold the standards of medical science, not to tell everyone that medical science is wrong, thereby endangering the lives of others.
