For all intersex conditions any number of Y chromosomes is considered male for 1 and 2, under most definitions this isn't even an intersex condition.

Well I think it was more general South African corruption.

He didn't decide one day to start racing against women. The sporting authorities in South Africa purposely went out looking for kids like him because they knew it was an open loop hole.
