White people are happy to let their kids be gender non conforming or gay

The sheer level of social conservatism amongst non-white ethnic groups is something that surprises lots of people.

It’s how you have nonsense like four white girls holding a sign saying “Queers for Palestine” either oblivious to the fact that Hamas likes to straight up murder gays and those it suspects or accuses of being gay and their Iranian backers hang gays that don’t agree to being castrated and dressing as women or being unable to accept that the people they support may not hold the same values as them (the irony that they would support the Palestinians but not Rishi Sunak’s Tories is hilarious).

Owen Jones recently made a bigger twat of himself than usual when he blamed Gaza’s anti-gay laws on the British Empire and a 1936 British anti-gay law, trying to deflect the blame away from the Palestinians and onto the British but succeeding only in being quite racist (the Palestinians lack agency and are incapable of changing the law) and being unable to explain why the evil British repealed that law in the 1960s and the Palestinians hadn’t. The same nonsense is used when Uganda implemented the death penalty for gays, laws from the time of British rule were blamed despite Uganda getting independence in the 60s.
