These sorts of stories make me wonder. After a very brief amount of research about it, it seems to be a relatively new treatment for anal fissures, relaxing the internal anal sphincter to decrease pain and increase blood flow to promote healing for what is an awfully painful condition. You also need to have a general anaesthetic in order to receive it, presumably because it’s painful as fuck and they have to push a speculum into your arse to do it.

The Butt Botox for Better Bumming seems to originate with a single gay character in a Netflix show last year. From there Cosmopolitan wrote an article and it seems everyone else is basically cribbing from that article.

I bet a couple of gay guys and/or porn stars had this done, after a colorectal surgeon treated a few sex-related anal fissures and decided to promote it within a small community and from there a Netflix writer heard about it and everyone is acting like it’s a big ol’ trend because they need to write 500 words for their column and have no original thoughts in their heads.

As far as it goes, as long as I don’t have to have it, I don’t have to watch it, I don’t have to pay for it, no one is trying to do it to kids and everyone involved understands and consents, then do what you want.

But if you have no original thought, why do you celebrate them doing this for butt boto when they can give it to trans xxxxx with bottom surgery, even knowing doing this could make the front fuckhole feel like a cis person's fuckhole, make it possible for trans xxxxx to have trans babies and secure the existence...or even worse, making the one who asked for it kill themselves?

Yep, 'reporters' these days consider writing about what's happening to their neighbours in their local communities beneath them.

Eh. IDGAF honestly. As long as you're not promoting this as something normal and awesome, and you're not targeting kids with it? Go on. Pour concrete into your urethra if you feel like it.

That's certainly one way to get a rock hard cock.

I work in the factory you're buying from.

Never, ever, ever google “USB cable, knotted, urethra”

I'm morbidly curious to know why you ever looked that up.

Well, one day I had a boner and was rummaging through my desk drawers and I found this rather sexy-looking USB cable….

Nah, saw the case report in one of those “hurr hurr patient shoved a thing up their bum hole”-type stories online and I actually knew a doctor that works in the unit that “resolved” the situation, not that I’d ever ask him about it if I were to bump into him again.

I completely agree with you. The reason I posted this here is I feel like this is another specific instance of the general problem of promotion and normalization of plastic surgeries and body modification in the name of fulfilling sexual fetishes, which transgenderism seems to also fall under. Which I mean I don't care if people do this, but actively encouraging this is another thing altogether, and it seems like this is getting promoted as a general trend

What the fuck? It is a shame that some people use their money like this.

That sounds like it could have some unintended consequences, but nothing wrong with adults making modifications to their bodies.
