I don’t think Walsh gets enough credit for the way he does those Q&A sessions, I don’t agree with him on pretty much anything beyond his stand on troonery, but at least he’s willing to stand there and defend himself and do so honestly and patiently.

Well yeah typical cult mentality ain't it.

I've noticed a few people in my extended circle seemed to suddenly transition right around 2020 and COVID. But I also noticed a few people go very religious as well. Doesn't surprise me really. People feel depressed, locked in their homes watching the world collapse why wouldn't they. They're stuck online and trying to find answers. Then someone comes along with the one true way. Do you feel unhappy sometimes? Well guess what, I used to feel unhappy, until I discovered the one true path. That's you too!

Same reason why the JW do well with immigrants and other social outcasts. Find lonely sad people on the fringes. Give them a sense of community. Reel em in and exploit them.

That’s exactly it. Dude just decided he must be a woman because he had… normal emotions… of the human experience. So that equals “woman?” He hadn’t expressed any indicators of gender dysphoria. He just listened to a podcast and walked out in a skirt, and insisting he’s a woman? That’s… not healthy.
