Why are the active attacks from China to the US so relatively low?

Why would you imagine they should be higher? Most cyber attacks originate in the USA, in both senses of the word:

  • the botnets, hijacked computers, devices and services are based in the US;
  • and the attack was originated by bad actors in the US (mostly three-letter agencies).
