Apparently a private organization like the National Association of Realtors can impose a Stasi-like regime on its members. So they did. Now they are imposing a political and religious test, moving the bar from policing interactions with customers to policing personal beliefs.

Particularly in the states where NAR is a prerequisite to being a realtor, there must be a First Amendment lawsuit in there. If the state is licensing people based on this criteria, there is state involvement. They don't sound so "private" to me at this point.

No realtor worth their skin will allow a sale to slip by for some stupid belief test.

How do we boycott them? Is there a way to only use realtors not associated with them?
