Controlled subs with dwindling non-bot real users, who don't participate due to belligerent cabals of forum attackers, don't really need a lot of moderation.

Lower arrest rates, do not necessarily prove higher crime.

But it looks like reddit's "anti-evil operations" unit does moderate there (and that's why it really could be banned, who wants to do additional work):

R conspiracy appears to be heavily astroturfed.

The object is to have no meaningful discourse.

Strangely enough, the subs that exposed and documented reddit's history of censorship through admin actions and mod changes like WatchRedditDie and The_Cabal have been shut down.
