The responses here are really dumb. Her employment history reveals only that she knows a lot about government relations and has worked at the highest level of middle east strategy discussions. She's from a Lebanese family in the US and her uncle worked for Trump as an export administrator.

Now, find something that she did that was problematic. That won't be possible. Until then, this is just mean and stupid.

Just stick to your site_rly_sucks persona socks. You aren't fooling anyone.

You think it's me, because the poster broke down some facts, and did a bit of additional background research. Which nobody else here does and so you pattern matched to me. That's quite funny what you just revealed

You really thought nobody was going to suspect anything if you just waited 1 hour before switching accounts? LOL

Again your suggestion is that only one person at maximum on saidit, could possibly be the type to actually check the information Infront of them and it's me. How else did you recognise me in dicknipple's comment - it was when dick checked the information, that you thought it must be me.

Its so revealing about what you expect from saidit and how you navigate the fake information you consume. Anyone with even a tiny amount of interest in a story, beyond its use as a vehicle for propaganda, sticks out like a sore thumb. So unintentionally revealing of you to have doubled down too lol

You're very obsessed with accounts being socks alts.

Schizo dumbass - you obviously know nothing about users. Read the comment histories if you really are actually curious, or check out the chat. You'll see I'm not half as nice or patient as the two other sane Saiditors.

She basically allowed /r/blackpeopletwitter and /r/rant get away with racism, she made several subreddits quarantined, but didn't do shit to /r/adultery which isn't even nsfw'd and can be viewed by teenagers, nor did she anything about /r/femaledatingstrategy breaking site wide rules, and she adminstrated mass ban waves. She is a hypocritical bitch and I hope Elon buys reddit and fires her ass.

How would any of us know any of this? I also doubt one person at Reddit does all of this. The decisions are made among admins, rather than by one admin, for the past 15 years. Not that I am defending her, but that I don't see any of the evidence, or the logic of the claims.

[–]MularkeyMan2 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Because they are doing this in accordance with Reddit policy, which she sets.

[–]dicknipples 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

She is part of a team who set that policy. Reddit has always had admin committees. Again, not that I know anything about her, but I've known Reddit administrators periodically over the years. One could argue that she caused the problems, but that's arguably unlike her or the administrative policies. One can also read her earlier comment history (though I hesitate to mention her username here). I'll note that I'm not a fan of anyone who's uncle worked for Trump. But what I've seen about her thus far are two long articles that are obviously hit-pieces, meant to drag her name through the mud. That stinks, especially because there is nothing incriminating in those articles.

The Atlantic Council is a front for the CIA. She isn't her uncle and can't really change that nor is responsible for him in everyway, I am faulting her for the shit policies on Reddit. No way should anti-vaxxing be banned but a subreddit dedicated to cheating and give tips how to get away with it isn't even quarantined. She is probably a user in that subreddit.

[–]dicknipples 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

There have been former CIA members on the Atlantic Council, but the purposes of both agencies are very different. The Atlantic Council is an American think tank in the field of international affairs, whereas the CIA focuses on intelligence gathering, assessment, and interactions. Each agency does not require engagement with one another in order to meet their goals. Anti-vax propaganda is not factual or scientific, and indeed has only one focus: to brainwash people into believing their lies. There isn't any reason to host an anti-vax subreddit. None. Anti-vax propaganda already has numerous outlets. Regardless of what she thinks, admins for social media sites are promoting murder and suffering if they support anti-vax propaganda. This also violates Saidit's Cloudflare rule: not to promote violence. Though COVID19 is now over, the anti-vax groups were paid $billions to help spread COVID19 by increasing vaccine hesitantcy. It worked, and millions more suffered and/or died of COVID19 because of those lies. Thus it's essential that admins and mods focus on facts and scientific evidence rather than on lies and attempted murder, especially because the latter is funded by the .01% for their own temporary financial benefit. China also made a massive profit via Amazon.

I agree she didn't do something problematic: but its that her career history does not easily match her role at Reddit... unless it's a policy role heavy with propaganda and attitude manipulation.

Personally I'd wager her background shows Reddit believes more in lobbying and influencing government law & policy makers than effective marketing and better products as ways to protect their business.

Either way it's hard to tell.
